Joel Domino, President, Interim co-CEO
Joel Domino’s role as interim co-CEO comes as a natural extension of his well-established leadership role as Kent Display’s long-serving President. Domino’s expertise in financial planning, strategy, and operations management has been pivotal in driving the company’s incredibly fast growth since launching its Boogie Board brand in 2010, including a long streak of year-over-year annual revenue growth averaging over 30%.
Domino first joined Kent Displays at its founding Chief Financial Officer in 1993, becoming the company’s President in 2002.
Prior to joining Kent Displays, Domino held executive-level positions at Madera Glass Company, a $100 million joint venture subsidiary of Ball Corporation. Domino also currently serves as a Director for Manning & Napier Advisors, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange-traded money management firm with over $23 Billion in client assets.
Domino also serves on the regional Ohio Means Jobs Workforce Board. He has a B.A. in Accounting from Mount Union College and a M.B.A. from California State University.
